The role works closely with leadership team and is focused on HR Business Partnering modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the full recruitment process at manager and HR levelPerform general administrative support and assistance to the HR departmentUpdating and maintaining the HR Information System data, ensuring the accurate recording of confidential personal, employment, and staffing informationConsulting on issues related to workplace relations and providing first line HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures, policies, and legislation in a timely effective mannerSupport HR Business Partner activities and interaction with leadership team and employeesCo-ordination of all recruitment activitiesDirect recruitment activity, including LinkedIn, online job boards etcTo build & develop a talent pool for companySupporting Managers/Supervisors to update job descriptions, produce job adverts, schedule and assist with interviews as necessary, produce interview questionsManagement of PSL and liaising with recruitment agencies for specialist roles as requiredPreparation and issue of appropriate contractual documentation in relation to appointments, terminations, and variations of employmentProcessing new starter paperwork, gaining new starter references, right to work documents and writing and sending out of contracts, and updating payroll with any changesAssisting with the offboarding and exit interviews for leavers, processing leaver paperworkSupporting the wider HR team with adhoc projectsAssisting with Employee Relations matters, such as scheduling of employment relations meetings, taking notes for performance, grievance, disciplinary & absence review meetingsPreparation and issue of HR paperwork for staff in relation to contract amendments as instructedPayroll data input into an external outsourced payroll platform
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Previous administrative experience within a HR departmentInhouse Recruitment experiencePrevious experience within a HR BP centric roleCIPD qualification would be an advantagePersonable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the businessExperience working with the highest level of discretion.
