We are looking for a confident, friendly and enthusiastic HR professional with the ability to form excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be an effective HR generalist responsible for the delivery of all aspects of Human resources, including resourcing, HR systems, payroll, HR administration, and HR Policy Guidance. You will be working in a busy environment which requires the ability to manage conflicting priorities to meet the needs of academy.

The ideal candidate will:

Educated to degree level (desirable) GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equiv) HR (CIPD5) qualification or working towards this level or other HR qualification. Experience of working in HR and using a HR database Experience of working in a similar role in a school environment (Desirable) Good IT skills, highly competent using Microsoft Office Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, and the ability to apply this understanding to real situations.
