Robert Half are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing company in Central Bristol, who are looking to add an HR Officer to the team. As HR Officer, you will be responsible for all day to day HR administration for around 50 employees, additionally supporting with payroll administration and recruitment activities.
This is really exciting time to join the business and an opportunity for someone to come in and shape the role. This is a permanent position, offering hybrid working from their Central Bristol offices, and paying GBP28,000–GBP32,000 DOE.
Responsibilities
Responsible for day to day HR Administration
Take ownership of employee lifecycle activities; from onboarding and contracts, to any employee changes such as pension contribution, to offboarding
Keep HR database up to date and accurate
Support managers with recruitment & hiring
Administer company benefit schemes
Check and prepare monthly payroll for external payroll supplier
Person Specification
Experienced in an HR administration role
Ideally some exposure to payroll administration
Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise and multi–task
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
