HR Officer We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Officer based in Manchester. This is a permanent role, salary up to GBP24,500.

Role - HR Officer

To provide advice, guidance, and support to managers for all matters related to human resources.Assist with policy review and implementation to ensure that they are aligned with legislation and best practice.Providing advice, guidance, and support to managers on HR matters and attend formal HR meetings and recruitment interviews as required.Draft HR letters, contracts, and other paperwork.Projects - recruitment and retention; talent and performance management; Diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing; reward and recognition.Support the smooth running of the association's Mental Health and Wellbeing group.Oversee HR administration, including ensuring that our HR system is fully utilisedAssist with improvements to our internal and external communications function Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a HR roleExperience of internal or external communications or office managementCIPD qualified or working towards (or equivalent relevant experience)HR experience, i.e., providing advice and support, dealing with casework.Experienced in the use of HR and e-learning systems, highly proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong presentation and reporting skills.
