Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our Barnsley clients to identify a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic management team.
Operating as part of the leadership team, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources in this standalone role supporting c300 heads, the role will help drive the culture and success of the business ensuring a positive and high-performing culture.
Reporting into the FD and working closely with the CEO, this role will take the lead on all people initiatives, exploring new ways of thinking and approaches to people issues. Whilst the role will cover all the day-to-day operational activity including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and administration there will also be responsibility for creating and implementing the HR strategy. This will include, in the longer term, an opportunity to support and develop HR improvements focusing on employee communications, engagement, succession planning, reward, EDI, wellbeing and development.
We re looking for a generalist HR professional who s enthusiastic, energetic, agile and resilient, someone who can influence and challenge whilst recognizing how to make a difference. You should have experience of operating in a fully generalist HR role including some payroll knowledge, comfortable with a standalone role and from a commercial environment.
