Your new roleAs an HR Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. You'll manage the recruitment process, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and day-to-day HR activities. You'll be the main point of contact for all employees, acting as a trusted advisor and coach to line managers, and managing internal processes. You'll also be responsible for managing HR analytics, preparing reports on key HR indicators, and ensuring HR practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.
