Your new companyYou will be working for a subsidiary of a huge household name in logistics! This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a managerial role. You will be reporting to the Group Head of HR and have the support of an HR Administrator. Your new roleThe role is a generalist HR role, you will be the only HR person on site. You will be responsible for all areas of HR. This includes: ER, recruitment, restructuring, small scale TUPE.
ER (Employee Relations): Small scale, mostly long term absence management. Recruitment: Mainly replacement recruitment, this is managed by the hiring managers on site but will need your input regarding processes etc. TUPE: Drivers, at any given time there will be some movement between the businesses in the Group. The most important thing in this role is working with the managers at a fast pace to help upskill them, the business moves quickly and needs someone who can deal with issues head on. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will need to be an experienced HR professional. It would be advantageous if you have come from a fast-paced business and have stand-alone experience.
