Bramah HR is recruiting for a fantastic HR Manager position for a brilliant business based in central London. A predominantly home working role with just one day working in the office this is a generalist position that would suit someone who is used to a smaller business feel and a fast paced ever changing landscape. This role would offer a unique opportunity to work with senior leadership to continue to drive the function forward. Reporting into the CPO and with help from an administrator and another HR Manager, this is a collaborative team with a people centered ethos!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organisation
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in HR practices and legislation
Skills
- CIPD Level 5 essential
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supervising a team of HR professionals
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

Salary: 45,000.00- 50,000.00 per year
