SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a engineering/manufacturing business based in North Birmingham. They are looking for a stand alone HR generalist. You will be joining a small friendly organisation who really value their employees.
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000
Hours: 35 per week with an early finish on Friday
This is an office based role.
- Own HR and Payroll processes and policies, ensuring key processes are mapped out. Assist with training and roll out of key processes
- Update and maintain skills matrices for each Department. Assist with formulation of development plans
- End to end recruitment, including formulating job specs, shortlisting and organising interviews
- Working with payroll provider, providing payroll reports utilising the T&A system
- Administer performance management process, including appraisals and feedback
- Management of disciplinaries and grievances

Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a HR role
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
- Experience of managing payroll is desirable
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
