Main Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, Executive Team, and broader HR teams.Provide expert advice, guidance, coaching, and hands-on supportCollaborate in defining and delivering the People plan, encompassing Talent, Organisation, and Culture.Align HR strategies with business objectives to achieve outstanding results.Lead and manage all aspects of HR, ensuring the effective execution of HR initiatives.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Required
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the food production/manufacturing sector.Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on and proactive approach.Familiarity with HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development
