SALARY: 45,614 - 49,082 depending on experience
LOCATION: CROYDON
HOURS: 37.5 PER WEEK

I have an amazing opportunity for a HR Recruitment and Compliance Manager whose key focus will be to ensure that the School's recruitment and compliance processes meet with legal and regulatory guidelines. Applicants will be educated to degree level or equivalent and, preferably, hold a CIPD qualification.
Required experience
Experience of working with senior leadershipRelevant experience in a HR role, ideally within the education or service sector environmentGood working knowledge of human resources management, recruitment processes, compliance or pre-employment processes and employment lawUp-to-date knowledge of employment law and relevant safeguarding regulatory guidance relating to schoolsDatabase inputting and report generationExperience of Managing staffKey Skills;
High level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and ability to maintain confidentialityLogical and methodical approach with a high level of accuracyStrong organisation and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences, in writing and verbally, and at a strategic and policy levelAbility to manage, persuade, influence and motivate staffVision and ability to manage change successfullyExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsA high degree of written accuracy and grammarExcellent attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies within dataBenefits;
