Our client is a secondary school in Woking and they are looking for an HR Manager to support the school with all HR and recruitment matters as well as gathering the monthly payroll information for the Payroll Team. This is a stand-alone role working closely with the Headteacher and PA to the Headteacher.

Our client is a secondary school in Woking and they are looking for an HR Manager to support the school with all HR and recruitment matters as well as gathering the monthly payroll information for the Payroll Team. This is a stand-alone role working closely with the Headteacher and PA to the Headteacher.
This can be a full time role (holiday can be taken at any point within the year) or a term time only role (working 42 weeks a year - paid for 48 weeks) - working 5 days a week (36 hours) from 8.00am - 3.50pm. The salary offered is GBP34,000 - GBP37,000 p.a (pro rata if part-time).

Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Maintaining accurate HR records Responsible for the accurate input of the payroll information and meeting the monthly deadlines Work with the senior leadership team on HR processes and policies Ensure the accuracy of the Safeguarding Register Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures Key Skills and Experience:
Previous HR management / advisor experience (ideally within a school environment) Experience of processing payroll information accurately Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong ICT skills Strong attention to detail and highly organised Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure CIPD qualification would be advantageous however not essential - training support can be provided Thank you for taking the time to apply to OPR Resourcing Specialists.
