The HR Manager Role:
As our HR Manager, you will be a key player in shaping our workforce and maintaining our core values. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on areas such as Employee Value Proposition (EVP), training and development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Talent Management: Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and retention strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Team Development: Lead and mentor the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Operational HR Management: Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion a positive workplace culture, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems that support employee growth and organisational objectives.
Stakeholder Relations: Build strong, collaborative relationships with all levels of the organisation, becoming a trusted advisor on all HR matters.
