SF Recruitment are currently working with a blue collar business based near to Birmingham City Centre. My client is looking for an experienced HR generalist who has worked within manufacturing/logistics previously.
Salary: GBP38,000 + car allowance
Full time fixed term contract for 15 months
National travel required at least once per month
Role
- Independently cover full employment lifecycle. (Recruitment, Employee Events, ER, Absence & Payroll)
- Coaching and guiding managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievances
- Gathering and presenting data using MS Excel
- Review of policy and procedures
- Responsible for review of job specs, shortlisting candidates, interviews and onboarding
- Payroll preparation
Required
- Enthusiastic, happy to be hands on, solutions focused and resourceful
- Previous HR experience in a similar role essential
- Strong work ethic to work accurately at pace.
- Ability to analyse data
- Excellent MS Office skills
