I m recruiting for a HR Manager, to join a specialist service provider, with a desire to make a difference and do it well. With exciting developments within the business, there is a real scope to make improvements and introduce real change from the start.
As a HR Manager, you will get involved with all the usual tasks within HR - employee relations, grievances, mentoring and future planning, as well as having an input in monthly strategy reviews.
Liaise with third parties for legal advice and recruitment support Update HR notices, organisational charts and complete timesheets Organise contracts, new starter inductions and probationary reviews Analyse and report on employee performance Guide, mentor and provide general support to supervisors / middle management
About You
Previous HR knowledge is essential ideally within industrial. A Level 5 CIPD is also paramount to be successful in this role.
Understanding the basic principles of HR and employee relations Confident and logical approach to tasks Experience across payroll processes
