We combine the best sector and domain expertise with data-led insight and digital assets to provide end-to-end managed services, from strategy to delivery.
Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for a self-motivated HR | Delivery Leader with sound experience in HR Operations | Outsourced Managed Services | and the ability to clearly articulate the benefits and value of solutions to our clients.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrable evidence of running HR operations at scale
Subject matter expert in end to end HR operations
Experience of implementing and running new HR technology or HR operational approaches
Strong business development experience, with a focus on closing business and increasing revenue.
Experience dealing with and selling to senior internal and external stakeholders.
A strong industry network
Brings a clear understanding of the intricacies of managed services, either as supplier or client.
Evidence of supporting in responses to RFP's, bid activities and pitches
About the Role
HR Managed Services | Director will oversee the operational delivery and expansion of a growing portfolio of HR outsourced managed services. You will lead the growth of our HR | Managed Services proposition and bring your experience and operational expertise to co-create HR | solutions with our HR advisory and transformation teams. You will work across a range of sectors and will want to be part of a thriving business.
Key responsibilities
Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to drive the growth of true HR | Managed Service engagements led by Operate, specifically building strong internal PwC relationships and bring credentials to the delivery/service
Contribute to the delivery of the HR | Managed Services delivery team
Respond efficiently to RFP's, bid activities and pitches etc. across the sales lifecycle.
Manage opportunity and RFP timelines, link with Operate bid management, line of service and pursuit teams; lead bid meetings and organise support teams and people around them
Seek insights and feedback from clients and colleagues to ensure PwC are targeting and positioning HR | Managed Services with the right clients and sectors
Build and maintain a knowledge of existing and evolving HR services, technologies and capabilities.
Build a strong network and ecosystem in order to positively agitate the wider PwC firms pipeline to ensure Operate led HR | Managed Services are represented to their full potential.
Connect and align the demand, delivery and supply functions fully to support growth and scale.
Drive key client accounts and sectors and represent Execution Managed Services fully.
Drive best practice of pipeline management and reporting within your area of responsibility.
Own the pipeline and sales performance reporting for your area.
Review pipeline and sales performance data within Salesforce to build and maintain a view of where HR | Manager Services opportunity lies, sharing with leaders and colleagues
