6 Month FTC
I am looking for an HR Advisor to join a well established client in New Milton, to provide professional and effective HR support to the organisation. You will be responsible for delivering a range of HR services, including mentoring managers, absence management and Managing low level ER Cases.
To be successful in this role, you should have a CIPD qualification or equivalent. You should also have previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast–paced and dynamic environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a good knowledge of the current labour legislation and best practices in HR.
Responsibilities:
Providing training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations topics, such as communication, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusionSupporting and facilitating employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programsProviding advice and guidance to managers and employees on how to handle difficult situations and deal with employee complaintsProviding HR data and reports on absence trends and issues, and providing recommendations for improvementDealing with various HR queries related to absences, such as sick leave, vacation, or personal days Requirements:
• CIPD qualification or equivalent• Previous experience in a similar HR role• Knowledge of the current labour legislation and best practices in HR• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
