Advising on all HR matters, including:

Full life cycleDiscipline and Grievance ManagementAbsence ManagementPerformance ManagementRecruitment and SelectionEmployee relationsManaging recruitment processesAdministering employee benefits and payrollProviding training and onboarding programsMeasuring employee satisfaction This opportunity will suit a professional, driven and open minded professional.

Experience required.

CIPD Level 3 qualifiedHR Generalist/ Senior HR AdvisorConfident, friendly characterHigh level of personal resilience Strong sense of professional pride and personal integrityAdaptable and shows initiative Remuneration & further details
