A well established business, based in central Nottingham, is looking to recruit a HR Generalist. This would be a great first step into joining a friendly HR Team. This is a fast paced and varied environment, therefore your ability to multitask and prioritise is essential.
Reporting into the HR Advisor, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Being the first point of contact for any staff HR queries Managing the new starter and leaver process Updating the HR database and running reports Assisting with the recruitment process Ensuring all staff records are up-to-date and accurate Drafting contracts of employment and ad hoc HR letters Offering support to other HR sites Assist in ad-hoc HR projects Benefits:

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will also be able to work efficiently to ensure the end to-end running of HR process. Proven experience as a HR Coordinator or relevant HR/administrative position is desirable.
This a fully office-based position, working 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 p/a.
