We are looking for an experienced and talented HR Director / People Director to join our leadership team at an exciting period of growth for our business.
With the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives, the HR People and Culture Director will play a crucial role in cultivating a sustainable workplace culture, driving organisational performance, developing a high performing leadership team and ensuring the well-being of employees. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the human dynamics within the organisation.
Reporting to the Managing Director, with an internal HR team of three you will be responsible for developing and executing the People Strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Company, specifically in the areas of talent management, organisational development, employee relations and culture.

Essential Requirements:
