Castle Employment HR division is recruiting an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join the dynamic People team at a global professional services firm in Leeds. This role reports directly to the HR Director and is a key role in driving data-driven HR decisions, making this role a key contributor to the businesses success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the HR Director and wider People team to align with business objectives and deliver actionable insights.
Apply your strong Excel skills to proficiently analyse and manipulate HR data.
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
Conduct trend analysis, identify patterns, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Work collaboratively with HR teams to understand data requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR analytics processes and tools.
Requirements:
1-4 years of HR Data Analytics experience.
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to work with HR data and produce meaningful insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
