Description

The HR Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

On-boarding and off-boarding processes for UK employeesEnsure a smooth on-boarding and introduction process for all new employees, monitoring this through their first few months in the business.Assist with the company benefit scheme and put forward new ideas to improve this process.Take control of the off-boarding procedure and run the exit interviews to ensure a smooth process.Any other general administration as required by the HR and Senior Leadership Team.Assist finance with any invoices or purchase orders.Make sure the payroll team have the up to date and accurate information for each payroll run.Be the point of contact for all Manager and employee queries, and provide guidance and advice.
