Responsibilities for HR CoordinatorResponsibility for HR administration.Responsibility for the processing and checks on new starters and onboarding processes.Collation of the monthly payroll amendments.Maintenance of absence and attendance records and producing reports for managersBusiness partnering of the appraisal cycleIdentifying training needsProviding general HR advice and guidance on HR processes and recognising when to escalate more complex issues to the HR Manager.Requirements for HR Coordinator position:Previous experience within an HR teamPrevious experience of grievance, disciplinary, ER and HR administration processesExcellent administrative and organisational skillsAbility to work to deadlines
