A fast growing and forward-thinking business based in Brentwood are looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join their friendly team. This company aspire to make a difference in their industry and are looking for passionate members of staff to contribute to their vision. The opportunity will allow you to work with a friendly supportive team, experiencing various aspects of an HR position. You will be responsible for liaising with department managers, arranging interview and overseeing compliance. They are looking for someone confident, proactive, organised and engaging.

The ideal candidate
You'll have significant experience of working in a HR positionYou have good communication skillsYou will have a basic understanding of employment legislationYou have an ability to work individually and as part of a teamYou have strong attention to detailYou have a good knowledge of MS packagesYou have a proactive mindset
