We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to support our client based in the Whitby area, this is a 9-month fixed term contract (Maternity cover) you will be supporting the overall Human Resources function for approximately 150 employees, this role involves a diverse range of administrative responsibilities throughout the employee lifecycle.
Some of the key responsibilities:
Collaborating with line managers in the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to short- listing and interviewing candidates.Managing communication with candidates and recruitment agencies, as well as sourcing temporary candidates from external agencies.Additionally, responsibilities include drafting offer letters, and contracts, and conducting the induction process.Contributing to performance management initiatives by overseeing and organizing investigation processes, recording minutes, and guiding line managers on relevant procedures.Managing regular employee correspondence, ensuring timely updates to relevant policies, and handling associated administrative tasks.Undertaking various HR tasks as necessitated by the business, which may include participation in ad hoc projects.
This is working Monday -Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm 30 minutes for lunch, part time options potentially available dependent on experience. Full time office-based role with the potential of 1-day remote working. Dependent on experience the salary will be 24,000 - 27,500.
