Recruitment - Writing, posting and managing job adverts whilst working alongside HR Advisors and HR Business PartnersHR Administration - Generating offer letters and employment contracts, managing compliance and ensuring all right to work checks are completedProject Work - Maintain designated employee benefits and implementation of HRISEmployee Relations - Deal with employee starter and leavers, taking minutes during disciplinaries and grievances meetings We are looknig for a candidate with strong Excel skills and has had previous experience of data management, analysis and reporting.
