A home based remote role which will include visiting client sites across the Midlands. Responsibilities
Strategically manage customer relationships ensuring service levels, policies and processes are delivered and that customer KPIs are met.Demonstrate role modelling of, and be ambassador for, HR business partnering across the function / regionTo contribute to service development, including design of delivery specifications for new and existing customers.Deliver a high–performing and trusted Employee Relations service to all external partners, providing leaders with meaningful analytics to enable business improvementManage change initiatives and lead on organisational restructures Lead and mentor the HR Advisory team to provide advice and support on employee relations case management; identifying and mitigating risk to our customersDrive continuous improvement in customer delivery of employee relations and policy services (processes, policies, guidance and advice) Internal Broader ResponsibilitiesSupport with the integration and joint development of services with other businesses and departments and the wider Group.Be a culture champion and subject matter expert.Network across the education sector and HR profession, building strong relationships.Keep up to date with the upcoming changes in the HR industry and education sector.
