Our HR Business Partners get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with the same goal: to make Securitas Technology a great place to work.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources (based in the US) and primarily supporting the Securitas Products and Solutions business alongside supporting the technology business in Europe, this role is responsible for implementing the HR strategy through all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The role acts as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, people leaders in addition to partnering closely with both the Securitas Technology and Securitas Human Resources teams

Essential SkillsWhat you'll need…
UK/ EU citizen or valid work permit.Educated to bachelor's degree levelCIPD Chartered status.3-5 years progressive human resources experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including ExcelExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsStrong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.Valid driving licence.
Desirable
Knowledge of working in a complex matrix organisationExperience of manufacturing, technology and/or electronic security industry.Understanding of operating in a global and/or European role.
