As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate, determined and resilient individuals who want to make a difference in their career and so we are now looking for two HR Business Partners to join our amazing team - one is a permanent role working across a number of our businesses and the other is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave and will specialise in change management and TUPE to help us with our continued growth.
About the RoleThe HR Business Partner role will specifically support our businesses within the RCI Group providing a full HR remit to each business whilst helping to drive the business forward.
Some key responsibilities include:
Manage and advise on all employee relation topics, providing employment law and best practice guidance and advice in line with ACAS guidelines and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.Advise and drive HR activities to support the different business agendas within your designated companies.Develop and build strong relationships with the businesses and regional teams.Support managers across the companies with Investigations, Disciplinary and Grievance matters as well as any Occupational Health Referrals and Counselling.Support managers with any organisational restructuring and consultation meetings.Identify opportunities for improving business processes by working in partnership with the operational teams and the Group Head of HR.This role is based at our Stevenage Office although we do offer hybrid working. Some travel will be required.
