Your new companyYour new job as HR Business Partner will be instrumental in executing the people strategy through working with key stakeholders to translate business strategies and targets. This role is on site 3 days a week. Your new roleAs HR Business Partner you will provide support and guidance on improving performance and work in partnership with each business function. You will be managing transactional processes and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Employee Relations: Provide advice on a full range of issues. Talent Acquisition: Partner with the team on the interview and selection process. Support internal talent mobility. Support the onboarding process. Talent Management and Learning and Development: Coordinating talent reviews and succession planning. Defining and implementing L&D solutions. Comp and Bens: Annual reviews. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be considered for the role of HR Business Partner, you will need to have previous experience in a partnering role. You will ideally come from a similar background and be confident in communicating with senior stakeholders.
