Are you an experienced HR Business Partner, looking for a rewarding new challenge? If so, we have exciting new opening for a HR Professional to join our dynamic team.

The HRBP will assist the HR Lead with the responsibility of establishing and managing all personnel procedures within the company. You will have specific focus on Employee Relations and Payroll, plus providing guidance to the HR & Recruitment Officer.

Employee relations up to dismissal (conduct, capability/performance, redundancy, SOSR, statutory legality) management of LTS including provision of pro-active wellbeing concepts Ensure all administration is completed efficiently, including Elf time recording system, absences, starters, leavers, departmental transfers etc. Administrate staff holiday system, ensuring the records are correct and up to date. Prepare and submit the monthly payroll, dealing with any queries that result around pay Administer appraisal system within the company, recognising the link with the performance management process. Liaise with all departments providing information and guidance. Accountability for specific HR processes/policy documentation including updating or creating new policies, manager guides and handbook Assist HR Officer with probationary reviews, liaising with managers/supervisors and HR Lead when necessary. Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience within similar HR Business Partner position CIPD graduate or working towards Passion for Employee relations and creating a fantastic working environment. Strong admin skills Solid knowledge of HR processes and procedures Excellent communication and numerical skills What s Next?
