We are currently partnering with a reputable organisation in Bolton who are looking for a HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity for 12 months.

This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to GBP50,000 DOE and you will work from the Bolton HQ full-time.

The HR Business Partner will report directly into the Head of HRBPing and work closely with the wider HR team who include HRIS, L&D, Talent, etc. The HR department are very collaborative with high standards, all the while work very well together and are a fantastic department to work in.

This role will be responsible for the Call Centre business area which is very fast-paced with circa 300 employees. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

Partnering with the Senior Team within the Call Centre business area - collaborating, coaching and influencing Develop and implement initiatives for the business areaBuild strong relationships with teams and departmentsDeliver a variety of different HR projects Utilise data for workforce planning, engagement, performance, local talent management and future succession planningTake ownership of any complex ER cases within your business area Requirements:

Experience of working at HR Business Partner level within a business area of an organisation that is fast pacedCIPD Level 5 - or relevant experienceProven experience of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsIntuitive and curious, always thinking about the bigger pictureStrong understanding of data and how it can lead to making key decisions and solutionsCan build strong relationships with teams and departments, understanding their skills, interests and motivations, to work together effectivelyCan work from the Bolton HQ Mon - FriCan commit to the 12 month FTC period Package:
