Role: HR Business Partner

Location: Manchester (hybrid)

Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP80,000

Duration: 12 month FTC

Ashley Kate HR are working with their professional services client as they recruit a HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester and will be working as part of a large team but have one direct report.

The role:

Deliver the organisation wide people plan

Manage cyclical activities such as salary reviews, career plans, and performance cycle

Lead on projects across HR function where required

Coach and develop employees

Engage with key stakeholders across the organisation

Support on implementation of HRIS

The person:

Comfortable managing performance of employees

Able to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels

Experience with action plans and salary reviews

Confident talking about engagement

Ideally experience using HRIS

Desirable to be from professional services sector
