Our client is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support the regional HR lead and senior managers. This is a fantastic role for a current HR Professional looking to take the next step and gain exposure in a global business.
This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term contract basis for a minimum of 6 months. This is a site based role with occasional home working.
Key Accountabilities:
Enhance leader capability through partnering, coaching and training to ensure effective management of colleagues and achievement of business objectives. Support with delivering the people plan and HR calendar activities. Manage HR & Payroll administrator, ensuring alignment with HR Shared Service processes and GDPR compliance. Ensure there is a consistent onboarding experience for colleagues and new line managers. Actively support managers to manage colleague retention and absence - analysing the data to ensure we are reducing attrition. Ensuring line managers are driving engagement on site through listening groups and annual engagement action plans. Utilise data to monitor trends and drive actions. Implement people initiatives to drive business performance. Provide robust and challenging debate on people matters to ensure great commercial decisions are driven with people as a key differentiator. Supporting line managers in complex ER cases, ensuring they are conducted with a consistent approach. Support with change initiatives ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with best practise. About you:
Currently operating as a Senior HR Advisor or Junior Business Partner you ll be CIPD qualified (level 5) or currently working towards this with experience in a similar HR role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding stakeholders and able to positively influence whilst building strong working relationships with the site management team. You ll have sound and up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation to effectively manage and resolve complex ER cases. Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy as well as excellent analytical skills is essential.
