Mango Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to act as the go-to person for all employee related issues, as well as supporting the company in promoting its values and shaping a positive culture.
Job Title: HR Business Partner Salary: GBP55,000 to GBP70,000 depending on experience Benefits: 25 + 8 days holiday, employee assistance schemes, special leave options, three days paid leave for voluntary work, season ticket loan, work perks Employment Type: Permanent with 37.5 hours p/week Working Type: Hybrid, 2 days in the office including Monday and 3 days WFH Essential Criteria: Degree level or equivalent in HR or similar, CIPD certification is desirable Excellent knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits, strategic workforce planning, employee relations, health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and training and development Excellent knowledge of using data and quantitative approaches to develop reports for decision making, and of employment law and mediation practices People oriented, results driven, with good knowledge of HR systems and databases Should have the competence to build and manage relationships at all levels of the company Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, private sector preferred Should have good experience in managing internal stakeholders Start up experience is highly desirable Key Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will handle all elements of people operations, including the provision of core services to the business including L&D, workforce planning, performance management, payroll, benefits, pensions, contracts, and more.
The HR Business Partner will handle all elements of employee relations, including the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and processes with a strong focus on compliance, optimisation, and best practice at all times.
The HR Business Partner will handle all elements of L&D including training and career development initiatives, management coaching and development plans, and promoting the mandatory eLearning.
