LHH is excited to be engaged on the search for a new HR Business Partner for one of their highly valued clients based in Sussex. Working in this global role, you will help to build and deliver the strategic activities across all areas of HR, driving the people plans and developing talent whilst operating both strategically and operationally through this exciting period of change.
Key responsibilities will include:
Support with strategic initiatives within talent, learning and development, organisational design and development, equality and inclusion, employee engagement and wellbeing.Encourage and actively work with line managers to develop a high performing company culture.Provide support with global mobility, ensuring familiarity with policies, processes and managing internal communications.Provide analytics and reporting and play an active role of continuous improvement and the move to digitalising processes.Participate in wider global HR projects and collaborate with the wider HR team to align ways of working and share best practice globally.Support in merger, acquisition and integration activity when required.The successful candidate will have/be:
An extensive HR Business Partnering background, preferably gained in a matrix and change oriented global organisation with process complexity.Proven ability to work alongside and get results in a diverse cultural environment.Broad HR generalist experience, ideally with subject matter expertise on change management, organisational development and design.Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence at senior level and balance the people and business aspects of the role.Able to influence others and work collaboratively at all levels.Positive and service-oriented mindset, being solution driven and forward thinking.
