Interim HR Business Partner Derbyshire Hybrid GBP47,000 – GBP53,000We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Head of HR for Europe of a Global manufacturing business. This is a 6 month contract looking to start in the new year. You will have some great exposure and hopefully opportunities to develop areas of your skill set that are perhaps not as strong as others in this Generalist role. The successful HRBP will have experience in employee engagement as that will be a big part of the role. Working wth focus groups, building action plans and ensuring all is followed through on a local and European level. You will build relationships with Key Business Stakeholders, ensuring you are supporting with their people strategy. You will work across a global team, so experience in dealing with different HR Cultures is desirable. Collaborating with all UK and European businesses, you will support the Head of HR in successfully delivering on HR Processes and Projects. What you will be doing:You will be responsible for delivering against a broad spectrum of HR Services and support, acting as escalation point for more complex and detailed people issues, partnering with managers and teams across the business. You will be responsible for multiple ER cases, including disciplinary, grievances, consultation and restructure processes and performance management, whilst also delivering multiple HR projects. If successful in this role you will also be responsible for supporting managers with succession and development processes, PMP implementation, delivery and performance and reward management issues. You will maintain and develop new capabilities, systems, processes and training to address key business issues related to effective people management. What we are looking for: You will be a true HR Generalist, working with senior stakeholders and the SLT, you will have experience in adding value across the business through dealing with a wide variety of HR Advisory and Management issues. You will be influential and collaborative in your approach and with your credibility will gain 'buy in' from stakeholders quickly. We are looking for strong Employment law knowledge and certainly provide a customer service–oriented approach.
