The Role:
My large, nationally recognised client are looking for a driven and experienced HR Business Data Analyst / People Analytics Specialist to join their People / HR team as they embark upon another exciting period of transformation.
As a HR Business Data Analyst / People Analytics Specialist you will help to solve business problems and shape People strategy and Workforce Planning priorities. You will take complex problems and use data analysis and visualisation to help to tell a clear and compelling story of key people drivers of business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate required to be on site for 2 days per week ideally at the West Midlands head office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer complex business questions using data analytics tools.Manage the development, improvement, and maintenance of organisation and people data, including capability data.Transform complex information into key insights, clear recommendations, and action plans.Define and report on key talent success metrics to the leadership team to drive business decisions on continuous improvement in talent processes.Help defining the People Data and Analytics strategy.Work with other specialists to identify requirements and improvements to future HR systems and processes.
Key Skills and Experience required:
Previous experience in a similar HR Data / People Analytics Analyst role.Must be numerical, statistical and possess strong analytical skills.Experience using analytics tools - Power BI is preferred.Strong data management, stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience of HR Information Systems - SuccessFactors is preferred.
