Based in the midlands they are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work with Stakeholders in decision making, covering the businesses Contact Centre Operation.
Working with 900+ FTE This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to assert themselves in a company who are eager to transform and progress their current culture going in to the new year and beyond.
This HR Business Partner role, within this remit has been absent for the last few years, so the key stakeholders are extremely engaged and are keen for the support - as a result this will be a busy and varied role.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, pragmatic, and be able to quickly understand the landscape; offering commercially focussed solutions to help the business both now and in the future.
