Main duties and responsibilities:
The postholder will be responsible for actively searching across various job boards to identify potential candidates of interest to the business. Providing the HR Associate with updates on the applications within the timeframe agreed for the roles. Establish and develop a network to support the clinical and non-clinical recruitment needs internationally. Will see the recruitment process end-to-end and be main point of contact for candidates and agencies.Keep up to records and notes on all candidates in the recruitment process.Give updates to line managers, directors and candidates in a timely manner.Provide a full overview of all recruitment updates weekly to the HR team and CEO.Liaise with line managers and directors on agreeing offers and will send the offer letter and start the onboarding process.Look at improving our processes and candidate experience, such as implementing an ATS.
Desired skills and expertise:
Previous experience in either a recruitment agency setting, or in house recruitment setting is essential. Strong time management, organisation and priorities management skills. Experience within the health care industry is desired, but not essential. Effective communication and negational skills. Benefits:
