Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be supporting with administration and processes, and will be responsible for:
Administration of annual reviews,Support with composing correspondence to employees,Recruitment advertising,Interviews, onboarding, and inductions,Assistance with management of payroll,Support with company events,Administration for leavers,Organisation of training and workplace development,Any other ad hoc duties where required.The successful applicant will have experience within an HR position, with CIPD level 3 and high attention to detail. You must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, you will be empathetic and passionate, and be reliable.
