A leading education company are now hiring a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12Month FTC. The company are ideally looking for a HR Graduate who is looking to take on their first professional job within HR.
Responsibilities:
Performing general administration tasks, including the management of employee documents. Meetings with departmental representatives to address HR-related issues. Referring complex issues to senior HR staff for resolution. Supporting departments in their recruitment processes. Conducting comprehensive inductions for new staff members. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Addressing ad-hoc queries. Requirements:
1-2 years experience within HR. Ideally a recent HR Graduate. Good knowledge on policies and procedures. Have a strong passion for HR. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Apply today!
