We are seeking a dedicated and efficient HR and Training Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing various administrative tasks, managing training programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive approach will contribute significantly to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate pre-employment checks, ensuring a seamless on boarding experience for new colleagues. Accurately manage HR systems and maintain data integrity during transitions. Oversee DBS subscriptions and maintain up-to-date records. Manage staff records and process contractual changes promptly. Administer colleague rewards and special occasions. Provide administrative support to HR colleagues and manage correspondence. Maintain external systems with accurate information updates. Ensure GDPR compliance in all administrative tasks. Coordinate training bookings and communication.
Skills and Experience Required:Familiarity with HR systems and sector-specific legislation. Proven HR admin experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in training coordination and good IT skills are advantageous. Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths. A recognised HR qualification is desirable.
