What a typical day might include:
Working within a team of 3, you will be responsible for:
Recruitment administration
Advertising vacancies
Arranging interviews
New starter paperwork and onboarding documents
Providing first-line HR support
Recording and monitoring staff absence
Maintaining and updating the HR information system
Minute taking in HR meetings
Entering details on to the payroll system
Supporting the Compliance Officer, you will maintain and ensure accuracy of all compliance records - including the Single Central Record
