The HR and Payroll Administrator will be supporting the Head of HR with the administration of all areas of HR from recruitment to processing leavers.
The HR and Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the administration activities are well maintained and fully operational.
The HR and Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
Payroll Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and employee records, including holiday and sickness leave Processing monthly payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits HR administration Assisting with the process of recruitment including vetting candidates, assisting with interview preparation and issuing employment contracts, offer letters and induction packs Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to the HR department and supporting departmental Managers in Disciplinary meetings as a note taker Supporting HR-related training programmes, workshops and seminars Entering employee data into HRIS system Co-ordinating the logistics for new hire orientations Compiling reports on general HR activities to include holiday collation, and sickness reports Assisting with the administration for the HR Strategy The ideal HR and Payroll Administrator will be:
Confident with people happy to go and speak to people in person and take part in company activities Payroll experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Competent user of Excel, Word and Outlook Strong organisational skills Thorough attention to detail A proactive can do attitude High level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with all HR and payroll related matters This role will suit an experienced administrator within another HR function ideally within a manufacturing environment.
