Role: HR Analyst
Salary: GBP45,000
Location: West London
Hybrid: 2-3 days office based.
Flexi Hours: Flexible start time 37.5-hour week.
JGA are working with an exciting luxury fashion brand seeking their next HR Analyst. The opportunity offers fantastic career progression prospects, with a broad range of HR data and HRIS responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop HR reporting. Proactively analyse HR Data, bringing trends to the Head of HR and HRIS lead. Improve data accuracy and data access. Develop HR Dashboards highlight key areas of HR activity: e.g. headcounts, turnover, sickness. Gender pay gap. HR analysis and reporting to support the HR team. HR System:
HR System technical support, for HR ops team. Developing a performance driven culture through data Audits Make recommendations for system improvements and operational efficiency. Education of HR system for wider team. Reward and Benefits:
Modelling of people data Annual budget, pay review and annual bonuses. Manage employee benefits. Assist is development of reward and benefits matrix. Compensation bandings. Skills and Experience:
Advanced Excel Data Modelling Strong HR system skills and experience. Excellent HR reporting and data experience. Dayforce experience beneficial but not essential. Process improvement and process automation experience. SQL experience beneficial, but not essential Implementation experience beneficial but not essential Reward and benefits experience desirable but not essential. Sounds like you?
