I have a great opportunity to join a growing, global business currently implementing a brand new cloud based HR system. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders, gathering business requirements and producing insightful analytics using a range of technologies including Workday, Power BI and Excel.

Ideally you will have;

Advanced use of Excel or similar analysis tools.Deep understanding of HR technologies.Workday experience is a bonus - training will be provided! Demonstrable skills in one or more self-service BI tools, e.g. Power BI.Excellent stakeholder management skills.A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm.Strong facilitation skills.Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.Excellent analytical skills.Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels.Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work. Joining their busy Bristol office (on a hybrid, 2 days onsite and 3 from home) , this is a hands on, pacey role, if you have strong experience as an HR BI/MI analyst, working within HR and knowledge of HR reporting technology and practices, I want to talk to you today!
