Job Title: HR Advisor
Type: 12-month fixed term contract (full time Monday to Friday)
Location: Fakenham, Norfolk
Henderson Brown Recruitment are proudly partnered with an award-winning manufacturing business in the recruitment of a HR Advisor to provide essential HR generalist guidance and support to all functions.
The role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient HR service and you will be the primary point of contact for the site, collaborating with managers across the business to ensure compliance with legislation and 'best practice.'

What you'll bring to the role:
A load of energy and passion for HR.
Previous HR exposure at a generalist/Advisor level.
Broad range of HR skills/knowledge and up-to-date understanding of best practices and employment law.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and persuade.
