The Role:
As an HR Advisor, your primary objective is to collaborate with the site leadership team, aligning with the group's people agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
Offer invaluable guidance to functional leads/managers, enabling informed business decisions.Assess and communicate the broader implications and risks associated with decisions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of potential outcomes.Consider long-term impacts, both locally and across the broader business landscape.Site Communications & Engagement:
Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage the engagement process on-site, including the annual survey rollout.Foster communication strategies at both group and site levels, bolstering a cohesive work environment.Implement the group's wellbeing program, actively engaging with the factory and office spaces to support the workforce.Building Capability:
Contribute to the site's training plan, ensuring 100% adherence and skill development across areas.Collaborate with the GM to enhance skill levels, providing feedback on identified areas requiring learning interventions.Spearhead the annual review process to craft succession and talent plans for each area.Resourcing:
Support functional leads/managers in maintaining an updated and efficient recruitment portal, facilitating swift authorization processes.Ensure robust interview and selection standards, optimizing recruitment processes and coaching line managers accordingly.Collaborate on establishing the right workforce in each area, aligning with business needs.Requirements:
A degree or equivalent, CIPD accredited at a graduate level.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.Proven experience in deploying HR change initiatives.Influential and persuasive capabilities.Broad-ranging knowledge and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.What We Offer:
