HR Advisor

Salary: Up to 39,500 per annum

Location: Andover

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our client's Manufacturing and Production company based in Andover. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with HR contacts and build effective relationships with Line Managers and stakeholders within the business units to deliver operational HR adviceSupport the team by resolving general HR enquiries and provide assistance with escalated casesManage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, mediation, and performance managementAssist with the recruitment process within assigned Business Units and Talent AcquisitionEnsure accuracy of offer paperwork and provide constructive feedback for improvementCollaborate with HR Coordinators to gather necessary data and analyticsOversee systems used within the team to ensure efficiency and effectivenessActively participate in project work as required

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

Proficiency in handling complex employee relations casesA minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification would be desirableExperience working with complex ER cases and recruitmentExperience working in a generalist HR support team that is fast pacedAbility to multitask and handle multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmedStrong stakeholder management skills at all levelsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working partnershipsAttention to detail and ability to identify errors and correct them
